SCA's owner operated franchisee's are extensively trained and experienced estimators. Our franchise network is comprised of professionals that not only have solid estimatical acumen, but of equal importance, understand what it takes to create a successful customer service experience. At SCA, 'our customer' is defined as all parties in the claims process: the vehicle owner, claims adjuster, claims auditor and repair facility. Our goal at SCA is to service all people that participate in the claim process. How we train our appraisers is, in large, what sets SCA apart from others. In our training classes we focus more on "customer service" than anything else.
