have you been in business?
The franchising business was incorporated on March 14, 2007, but SCA Appraisal
has been in business since 1979.
How much does it cost to purchase a franchise with SCA?
The total investment necessary to begin operation of a SCA Appraisal
Services business is from $27,100 to $35,250. This includes the
$10,000 initial fee that must be paid to the franchisor.
What are the
payment terms?
The $10,000 initial fee is due when the franchise agreement is
signed. No other fees or payments are due to us or our affiliates
for services or goods before your business opens.
Is any of this
amount non-refundable?
Yes. The initial fee paid to the franchisor of $10,000 is
non-refundable.
